Shipping & Handling
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect us to have the merchandise leaving our warehouse in 5-10 business days on average. Once it leaves our facility, the customer will be emailed a tracking number so the customer can track the progress of the delivery and also see when it should be delivered.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service in the Continental 48 states. Canada can have items shipped with either UPS or USPS. The rest of the world will use USPS, which has several different methods that can be used. If you need a quote on the shipping costs for an item, then please use the below form and send the ship to address and the product interested in and we will provide a quote. If you would like to have the item shipped faster, again contact us for a quote. Also note that some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
NOTE: All items shipped by UPS must have a street address, we cannot ship to a PO BOX
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling or emailing to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact our Customer Service Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 15% re-stocking fee, at our discretion, plus the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 5 days from the receipt of shipment.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 to 2 business days of our receiving your return.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Your are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
